What these Terms cover
These Terms apply to this website (centraligence.com) and to paid one-on-one sessions booked through it.
Each of our products, such as Pebble Jobs, has its own website and its own terms. When you use a product, that product's terms apply.

Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Product descriptions here are for general information, and products marked "Coming soon" are still in development. Their features, timing and availability may change, and some may never launch.

Paid sessions
- Sessions are booked and paid for in advance through our booking page.
- You can reschedule, or cancel for a full refund, up to 24 hours before the session.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, and missed sessions, are not refunded.
- If we need to cancel, you can choose a full refund or a new time.
- Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 working days.
Sessions share general guidance on using AI in a business or product. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and any decisions you make after a session are your own.

Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design and logos, belongs to us. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission, except to share links to it.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or a session. Our total liability for a paid session is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will publish the latest version on this page.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law provides otherwise.

Who we are
Centraligence is a business name of Orelia Capital (GST 08JDWPS5145E1ZS), a sole proprietorship registered at Mahadev Nagar, Gandhi Path, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India 302021 ("Centraligence", "we", "us" or "our").
This policy explains how we handle personal information on this website and when you book a session or contact us. Each of our products has its own privacy policy.

Information we collect
When you email us: your name, email address and whatever you choose to write.
When you book a paid session: your name, email address, the details you add to the booking, and payment confirmation. Bookings and payments are handled by our scheduling and payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.
When you visit this website: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, recorded by our hosting provider in standard server logs. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites, and gives us only anonymous figures such as pages viewed, browser type and country. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use information
- to reply to your messages;
- to arrange and run sessions you book;
- to keep accounts and meet tax and legal obligations; and
- to keep this website secure.
We never sell personal information and do not use it for marketing to anyone except you.

Who we share it with
Only with the providers that run this website and our bookings (hosting, email, scheduling and payments), with professional advisers under confidentiality, and with authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers may process information outside India.

How long we keep it
We keep messages and booking details for as long as needed to respond and deliver sessions, and for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase personal information we hold about you, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, by writing to vaibhav@centraligence.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
